Stay In God's Word Website BannerMission Statement

Adullam Christian Fellowship Church exists like the Cave of Adullam found in 1st Samuel 22 to offer hope, love and a refuge to all who come seeking God’s help through His Son Jesus Christ.

Jesus sets out in Mathew 25 verses 35-46 how he sees His Church, as a Church not afraid to feed the people spiritually and physically.  A Church standing against poverty, protecting and defending the rights of the poor and suffering at home and throughout the world.

A church that is prepared to rock the boat in order to maintain and
preach the Good News of Salvation through Jesus Christ and no other.  A Church that is prepared to enter Satan’s domain and throw open the gates of hell, declaring Satan’s reign in this world is over.

It is this Church and this position, as declared in Mathew 25 verses 35-46, that Adullam Christian Fellowship Church claims as it’s Mission Statement.

Statement of Faith

We believe in the One True Eternal Living God, as proclaimed
through scripture.  Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:26, Psalm 104:30, Hebrews 1:20 and 11:3)

We stand on the Truth that salvation/forgiveness of sins cannot be achieved through any other saviour or faith, just Jesus Christ the Son of God, The Word become flesh that dwelt among us (John Chapter 1:1-6)

We declare Satan’s reign of terror over humanity to be at an end.  It is finished Jesus declared on the cross (John 19:30 and Revelation 20:10)

We believe in the power of prayer and the declaration of Jesus name over all sickness and all illness “and these attesting signs will accompany those who believe:  In My Name they shall/will drive out demons; they will speak in new languages; they will pick up serpents; and (even) if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them, they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will get well (be healed).

We believe in the promises of God and the Gifts of the Holy Spirit as given to the Church in Acts 2 and proclaimed by Peter an Apostle in Christ Jesus

We claim our leadership to be Christ centred, Christ motivated and Christ driven, claiming our authority back to Jesus Christ himself (Apostolic Authority) as given to the disciples (Mathew 28:18-20)

We believe in water baptism as an active demonstration/proclamation of the believer’s faith in Jesus Christ and their forgiveness/freedom from sin (Mathew 28:18-20, Mark 16:16, Act 2:38, 41, Acts 16:14-6, Acts 18-8 and Acts 19:1-6

We believe that God’s church is to stand as a light to all peoples, at home and throughout the world, irrespective of cultures or religious background.  As a light that cannot be hidden, which provides direction, hope and a safe route home from the darkness in this world (Mathew 5:14-17)
